NASA engineers ensure Atlantis's saftey by studing Columbia diaster.

In 2003, Columbia crashed because of a damaged heat shield. To prepare the way for the last shuttle launch  engineers working for NASA have been studing the Columbia crash. Do you think all there work paid off?
