Plastic bags or Paper bags?

How about, neither. Here is why. The U.S. goes through approximately 100 billion plastic shopping bags annually. You might think that paper is better than plastic and it is, and at the same time it isn't. According to the American Forest and Paper Association, in 1999, the U.S. alone used about 10 billion paper grocery bags.  Fourteen million trees had to be cut down in order to do this. This is horrible. Whenever you go to a supermarket, bring your own reusable bags. You can do your part to help the environment.

I also agree and i heard that everyone in America brought a plastic bag for shopping for a week then we would save 1,000,000,000 trees! i know right so just for a week bring reusable shopping bags and you could save a tree!
