It's sooo sad:(
The last shuttle went up in space. I still don't get why they can't send anymore shuttles in space. I mean I know that we have budget cuts and everything but still. They sent others in space. Who agrees with me?
Having the last space shuttle go up was pretty sad. This means that now the USA must use Russian spacecraft. Between sending astronuats to space and giving money to the Russians it would cost less to build new shuttles.
First of all, President Kennedy proposed the space program so he would let people go up into space, you know the fight with the russians. It ended because it could only go on for a limited amount of years and also because of the debt crisis. Private companies are going to buy it, for instance Walmart. I agree that it is sad. I wanted to go to space. :)
Personally, I think that NASA will be greatly missed. It not only helped us see a new perspective on Earth, but a perspective on life its self. NASA has been a part of our everyday lifes. Such as creating new cell phones and jobs for everyday people. NASA surely will be missed. :)__:(
